The green shift.
The green shift has Historie Hytten in Rukkedalen, Nesbyen, Hallingdal.
The green shift means change in a more environmentally friendly direction where the goal is sustainable societies that provide lasting safe environments for future generations.
History The cabin provides value creation with less overall environmental impact and significantly lower climate emissions. Appreciation of nature is an important contribution for urban people and public health. This on nature's terms. The neighbour's horses outside the cabin can lower the level of stress hormones.
History The cabin was built with an old-fashioned toilet without water in a small house outside the cabin in 1947. There is no bathroom or toilet inside the cabin. It is a log cabin with a life story and a soul, people appreciate being able to experience it. In the living room you will find peace and quiet in rustic and authentic surroundings

Spring, summer, autumn or winter, there is always a lot to do!

Outdoor people, families with children really appreciate this cabin. The magical fantasy summons and peace and quiet in rustic and authentic surroundings. The new age has not destroyed or created the memory of the old folk tales. Visiting back in time for a simpler life recharges the batteries in a completely different way. An extremely adventurous experience

Outside the cabins there is an area that is used for simple activities.
From the rental cabins at Harry's Farmer, there is a farm road up the mountain. It has a lot of incline but is good for both cycling and skiing for those who have some training. A fantastic nice walking route to walk,, it has a view to Nesfjellet's cottage village and alpine center.

There is a nice activity area that can be rented by guests.

For the guests want a little simple social activity then we can help to make a plan.
For groups of up to 20 people who rent both the cabins and the motorhome, it can be especially interesting.
